EBizCharge is an online payment platform that makes it easier for B2B companies to collect payments. Their suite of products span from an online payment gateway to integrations into accounting programs like QuickBooks.

The complexity of their industry made it challenging for them to create a powerful brand with clear messaging. In my years at the company, I helped them tell a story that would cut through the jargon to educate and inspire their audience.

For a small tech company competing with giants like Stripe and Square, retention is everything. I designed Welcome Packages for EBizCharge’s customers and partners, which included branded swag like socks and mugs and a custom chocolate box!
